ARUN TAEKWON-DO

We are a small, friendly Taekwon-Do club based in Thakeham, West Sussex.

Our aim is to help our members get the most out of learning this great Korean martial art by providing the highest quality instruction in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

We believe everyone can benefit from training in martial arts and we welcome children, adults and families of all levels of fitness and expertise.

It's not only a great way to get and keep fit, but also to develop your confidence and learn some effective self-defence skills.
